Refund / Exchange Policy


  • For Orders that require special flower order from the Wholesale:


  • If you request a certain flower(s) that we and our suppliers don't carry on a regular basis, we will try to make arrangement with our suppliers to have it/them in. These orders require payment to be made in full before we send any request to our suppliers for flowers.
    • If you cancel your order before we placed the special order with the wholesaler, the full amount will be refunded.
    • If you cancel your order after we placed the special order with the wholesaler:
      A) If we could successfully cancel the order with our supplier, 90% of the ordered amount will be credited. 10% is the administration/processing fee.
      B) If we couldn't cancel the order with our supplier, then 50% of the ordered amount will be refunded.
