Refund / Exchange PolicyIf after the delivery was made, and the recipient was not happy with the arrangement (whatever the reason may be), he/she/they can bring the arrangement by our shop, and we will be more than happy to replace any flowers with ones of the same values or fix the arrangement. Refund: If for whatever reason, the recipient is completely dissatified with the arrangement and would like to return it, we will refund the price of the arrangement to the sender minus the delivery fee provided that the arrangement is returned to us within 4 hours in its original condition as it was delivered. Please note that delivery fee is non-refundable! |
